Accessibility is at the heart of what we do at Zoom, and we're always looking for ways to make our products more inclusive. To make your Zoom experience more equitable, we are pleased to inform you that automated captions will be enabled on your account by the end of September, in phases.
New changes: - We are enabling captions for all Zoom users, so the "CC" button will now appear automatically in Zoom Meetings. Previously, captions had to be turned on by an admin or host before users could access them.
- Improved user experience with customizations to help with readability and flexibility, such as extra fonts and colors.
- Better quality captions with English, Portuguese/English Bilingual model, Korean, and a new Arabic/English Bilingual model.
Visit the Zoom support site for details on captions in Zoom Meetings or enabling automated captions. For additional questions, please read our accessibility FAQs.
